Why these numbers
Hosting, database, auth, and email cost money even when you have few schools. At about 3–5 Studio customers, the platform covers a normal month. We keep prices low so a small school isn't paying Mindbody money for a timetable and booking page.
What you keep
Session fees go to your Stripe account. TrainGrid's booking take-rate is configured per studio — ask us for your number. Stripe's normal card fees still apply on their side.

Onsite onboarding on a 12-month plan
Choose a yearly (12-month) plan and we'll come onsite in Greater Melbourne to get you live: account setup, timetable or sessions, Stripe Connect, your public booking page, and a short staff walkthrough. Same offer for TrainGrid studios— remote screen-share onboarding if you're outside Melbourne metro.

- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up, confirm your email, and use Studio features for 14 days. After the trial we activate your chosen plan. Early customers are invoiced clearly before any charge — no surprise card billing.
- Do you take a cut of parent or client payments?
- LearnGrid takes 0% platform fee on school bookings at launch. Stripe card fees still apply. TrainGrid booking take-rate is configured per studio — ask us for your number.
- Who is this priced for?
- Small Australian swim, dance, language, tutoring schools (LearnGrid) and personal trainers / small studios (TrainGrid) — not enterprise leisure centres.
- What do I need before I can take paid bookings?
- Your own Stripe account connected in Settings. Payments go to you. Until Stripe is connected you can still set up classes, staff, and your public booking page.
- Do you offer Melbourne onsite setup?
- Yes — Greater Melbourne businesses on a 12-month (yearly) plan can request onsite onboarding: setup, Stripe, booking page, and staff walkthrough. Outside Melbourne we do remote onboarding.
